Having built thriving engineering organisations and leadership teams myself and as a highly in-demand coach, I use tried and tested techniques to help teams of leaders learn and grow together.

An example of how this works, contact me to tailor a leadership development programme to your organisation’s needs:

  • Briefing: In an initial briefing, usually with the CEO, CTO, or VP / Director, we align on goals and outcomes.
  • Intake: I gather concrete topics, challenges, and needs from the workshop participants, to make sure the content will be highly relevant to their needs. We align on desired outcomes in an initial get-together.
  • Curriculum development: I develop a curriculum that addresses the topics.
  • Workshops: We hold a set of workshops together that are focused on helping all participants put lessons into practice in their daily work. The workshops consist of:
    • Async preparation: I share resources (articles, videos, etc.) with the participants that are required preparation.
    • Discussion: We discuss lessons from the materials and how to apply them in the managers’ daily work. We also elaborate on challenges in practice and how to address them.
    • Action & accountability: Clear action items and accountability for all participants, with an emphasis on partnership as a “first team”.
  • Debrief: Capturing lessons learned!
